Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support property maintenance efforts by coordinating repairs and maintenance requests
- Ensure compliance with Association documents
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to property management
Skills:
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, specifically outlook, word and excel
- Understanding of property maintenance procedures
- Legal administrative knowledge related to property management
- Administrative skills for managing property documents
- Ability to maintain organized files and documentation
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
