Health in the network. We are currently looking for a Diabetes Advisor (m/f/d) at the Rheine Hospital in full-time and part-time positions.

What you will do with us Inpatient holistic care and treatment of people with type 1 (ICT or pump), type 2 with and without insulin treatment, GDM etc.

Planning, implementation and evaluation of group training for type 1 ICT + pump, BGAT, integration disorders Planning, implementation and evaluation of modular individual consultations for all types of diabetes Care and counseling for people with DFS Consultative departmental and cross-house co-treatment Performance of special examinations such as exclusion of an insulinoma, fundus photography What sets you apart Completed training as a Diabetes Advisor (m/f/d) DDG desired Experience with insulin pumps, glucose sensors, digital data management Social competence, empathy and team spirit Independent and responsible work Interest in long-term cooperation What we offer you An interesting job in a modern facility with high quality standards Opportunities for shaping and independent work in a dedicated and dynamic team Family-friendly work environment Generous opportunities for further education and training Attractive employment and
