HR MANAGEMENT (M/F/D) FOR IMMEDIATE START

THE ROLE

You will be in close communication with the management, executives, trainers, and internal accounting and HR departments.
You will oversee the entire HR process, from recruitment to employee development and departure.
You will develop and implement strategies for recruiting skilled workers and ensuring sustainable employee retention.
You will be responsible for creating employment contracts.
You will contribute to the optimization and redesign of our existing internal processes.
You will be responsible for maintaining and managing employee data.
