Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality healthcare service. We are seeking a full-time Medical Translator/Clinical Support Assistant that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide translation for nonbilingual staff.
  • Assist Medical Assistants with followup patient activities as assigned.
  • Assist with patient followup on appointments, referrals, outstanding orders, health reminders, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with inhouse translation of materials used for patient education and/or outreach.

Qualifications:


  • Medical translator certificate/education.
  • Satisfactory completion of In-House Training for related responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to relate well to people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
  • Selfdirected and able to work within a team.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).
