Greens Do Good is a year-round indoor vertical farm growing fresh basil, lettuce, kale and microgreens in the heart of Hackensack, NJ.

Hydroponic vertical farming is an innovative method of growing plants using space saving stacked trays and energy efficient lighting and watering recycling technology.

All proceeds from Greens Do Good benefit REED Next, a nonprofit organization, offering comprehensive services and support for adults with autism.

At the farm, REED Next clients work alongside our farmers and team of student interns to help seed, plant, water and harvest the produce.

Greens Do Good produce is sold to restaurants, country clubs, supermarkets, food service providers, and through home delivery.

Perform the duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned by the Farm Manager.

Such duties and responsibilities may be changed from time to time but include the following:

• Work with and report directly to the Greens do Good Farm Manager.
• Assist in seeding, transplanting and care of all plants.
• Assist in harvesting, packaging and fulfillment of products ordered by customers.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of farm equipment and facilities.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Sanitization & Safety

- procedures established by the farm manager.

• Promote a healthy, hygienic and safe environment and help develop a culture of

- cleanliness and safety.
