We are actively hiring a Systems Engineer with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Enterprise Services & Solutions Division working in Annapolis Junction, MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Work with a development team of 5 developers

+ Provide process improvement, systems engineering, requirement management and vision execution in support of the Data Normalization and Automation (DNA) TTO.

+ Agile development, and instilling agile values, principles and practices into the team

+ Planning and organizing demos

+ Ensuring proper use of collaborative processes, and removing impediments from team or escalating them for removal

+ Analyzing and reengineering business processes

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

+ Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

+ Strong problem-solving skills,

+ Ability to learn fast and willing to learn in public

+ Excellent people skills, in order to partner with Product Owner and the leadership team.

PREFERRED SKILLS

+ SCRUM Master Certified preferred
