We are seeking a dynamic and driven Strategic Growth Officer to join our global organization.

As the leader of our sales operations, you will have a key role in driving the growth of the company in the United States Defense, Intelligence Community and Federal Law Enforcement domains.

Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing strategies to drive revenue, overseeing daily operations, and driving sales. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader in the government, military, or technical targeting space. Residence in the US (DC Metro preferred) and ability to hold and maintain a US Security Clearance is Required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and partners, specifically government agencies
  • Create standardized outreach for clients and coordinate implementation across different departments and sales channels
  • Oversee entire sales process, including prospecting, proposal writing, submission, and closing deals
  • Manage Presales team members to ensure all customer demonstrations are technically sound
  • Manage Technical Account Managers to guarantee current customer needs are meet in a timely and world class manner
  • Collaborate with finance, contracts, legal, product management, and marketing teams on messaging, budgeting, financial planning, and other operational resources
  • Implement pricing strategies and business models to achieve revenue goals
  • Establish both shortterm results and longterm strategy, including revenue forecasting

Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in commercial sales and/or business development
  • Relevant experience within related government, military, intelligence, or law enforcement agencies is preferred
  • A history of successfully growing a business, or expanding operations in a technical targeting government or military role
  • Proven software sales experience in the government sector
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possession of a Secret (or higher) security clearance for access to classified data is required
