    • Compile and analyze quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to measure the effectiveness of our content initiatives and inform our content approach.
    • Partner with our Legal and Compliance departments to ensure communications adhere to marketing and advertising requirements.
    • Ensure quality control of materials and compliance with internal processes and procedures.
    • Collaborate with the other Communications team colleagues and provide backup support for other team members when needed.
    The Ideal Candidate:
    • Has an interest in investing and following and understanding financial markets.
    • Holds a B.S. or B.A. degree with an excellent academic record.
    • Ideally has a minimum of three years of experience in the asset management industry in a research, client service, communications and/or marketing role. Familiarity with mutual fund marketing rules is preferred.
    • Has meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Demonstrates excellent written and oral communications skills.
    • Has a proven ability to meet time-critical deadlines with accuracy.
    • Adapts to changing requirements and timelines, based on business and regulatory needs.
    • Has a track record of effectively contributing to content development process for thought leadership initiatives.
    • Collaborates well with peers as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and colleagues of all levels and tenures.
    • Brings intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to learn and apply new skills.
    • Exhibits strong integrity through commitment to excellence, personal accountability and professionalism.
    • Takes initiative and perseveres to see projects and job responsibilities through, with a continuous improvement mindset.
    • CFA charterholder or willingness to become a CFA charterholder is highly desirable.
