- Translate business requirements into wellarchitected solutions within Salesforce.
- Develop custom solutions and integrations on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Manage Salesforce data and ensure security and integrity.
- Assist in extending our technical capabilities by implementing integrations and thirdparty apps.
- Work directly with implementation and thirdparty vendors to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, other developers, and stakeholders to ensure deep functional understanding and optimal enduser experience.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a concentration in computer science, information systems or technology is preferred.
- 10+ years of business and systems experience as a technical resource, as a developer.
- 3+ years of developer experience in Salesforce (Sales cloud, experience cloud preferred).
- Clear understanding and articulation of using configuration vs coding in Salesforce is essential.
- Experience with a variety of enterprise class tools and technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Exhibit strong decisionmaking skills, good judgment, and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with the recruiting or executive search industry is a plus.
