Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team.

The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
Flexibility to work various shifts as required
