Job Description:
Key Accountabilities
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Brookfield Digital Events- Plan, organize, and execute Brookfield's virtual events including AGMs, Fund Launches, webinars/ webcasts and streaming components of hybrid events.- Manage virtual event platforms, coordinate, and oversee all technical aspects of virtual events troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring seamless execution of live and on-demand content,- Create and oversee investors' digital events user experience including invitations, landing pages, registrations, confirmations, distribution, and follow-up using digital tools such as Cvent, virtual and video event platforms.
- Production logistics: venue research, filming, virtual platform set up, live broadcasts, replays- Utilize analytics and feedback to measure the success of digital events and identify areas for improvement, communicate and report findings Cultivate and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in virtual event management- Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection regulations in the execution of digital eventsBrookfield Hosted Events- Support coordination of Brookfield hosted in-person events- Assisting with logistics including venue & vendor research, catering, support materials, rooming lists, AV, set up and registration and on-site support as needed- Create and manage event invitations and websites on Cvent, run registration reports as needed- Compile pre-and post-event documents (briefing memos, post-mortems)- 4-6 years' professional experience- Expert knowledge of Cvent and comparable Event platforms- Expertise in virtual platforms (Webex, GlobalMeet, Zoom)- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deal effectively at all levels within the organization- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong passion for planning events- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, multi-task and prioritize- Organized, proactive and self-motivated individual- Ability to keep calm and problem solve quickly under high pressure moments- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment- Team player- Overtime as needed- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
