About the Role
As a QA Manager, you will manage the performance and success of a team of Quality Analysts and Associates. . You will collaborate effectively with leadership and the client. You will have an opportunity to improve operational efficiencies. Position is REMOTE.
Responsibilities
- Manages the operation of the organization's Quality Assurance Program.
- Oversees the development of systematic approaches for assuring high quality services that meet customer needs.
- Develops training and related reward systems.
- Develops, implements, and leads key process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts.
- Develops systematic approaches for assuring high quality services.
- Identifies the interface of key activities within and between the functions of the organization.
- Reviews performance reports, metrics and KPIs to determine achievement of contractual Services levels.
- Audits back office operations including transactions performed by partner vendors.
- Works closely with management to implement process improvements and identify gaps in performance.
- Alerts Teams of any performance gaps, security incidents and process failures
- Supports internal /external audits, ensures compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and Systems and Organization Controls.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
years work experience in a large operations with multifunctional services, at least two (2) years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in an Audit function, documenting processing and reporting on reviews.
- Strong written and analytical skills.
- Able to demonstrate organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal communication skills along with proven negotiation and client relationships skills.
- Able to demonstrate advanced skills in MS Office products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word)·
