Description

We are currently seeking a qualified employee to join our team at HuG Verwaltungs GmbH in Singac. This person will be responsible for various tasks within our property management department. This is a full-time, permanent position with a weekly workload of 30 hours.

The role of REAL ESTATE MANAGER (M/F/D) FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - HUG VERWALTUNGS GMBH will include the following responsibilities:

Drafting rental agreements and providing support to tenants regarding their contracts
Obtaining necessary quotes for maintenance and overseeing the implementation of corresponding measures
Working with the "Karthago" operating system
General administrative tasks and office duties, such as answering phones and filing
Responsibilities in rental and condominium management, as well as in the commercial and technical fields
Correspondence with property owners, tenants, contractors, utility companies, etc.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the field
Fluent in German
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
