Summary:

The Hospital Care Coordination Development Representative is responsible for promoting hospital programs and educating the community about available services. Areas of focus include internal medicine, critical care, psychiatric, gerontology, and other related services. This role involves establishing connections to enhance the visibility of hospital services.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, Master's Degree preferred.
Licensure:
  • Valid Rhode Island Driver's License and reliable/insured vehicle.
Experience:
  • Five years of previous experience in hospital program development focusing on areas like IOP, Bariatric, Cardiac, etc.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with physicians and colleagues.
  • Demonstrates good organizational and customer service skills.
  • Able to build and maintain professional relationships.
Working Conditions:
  • Requires standing, walking, and sitting.
  • Manual skills like finger, eye, and hand dexterity needed for computer use.

Schedule:
Full-time, regular hours (8AM to 5PM).
