We are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) in Bid Management in Aachen at Point Isabel

  • who takes responsibility for Bid Management and leads employees
  • who has a sense for different people and forms and develops a high-performing team
  • who accompanies offers and tenders from sales opportunity to order intake and shapes the process in between

As a Team Leader (m/f/d)

  • you shape the business area together with the management and bring in your ideas for future-oriented topics
  • you work on business development, make strategic decisions in interdisciplinary and cross-departmental teams, and actively support sales opportunities on their way to order intake
  • you support your team in successfully offering our products to transport companies
  • you closely coordinate with product management, sales, various project teams, legal department, and procurement
  • you shape the strategic, procedural, and operational orientation of national and international bid preparation and tender processing
  • you support your employees in developing themselves at IVU and provide clear, constructive feedback

We are looking for colleagues (m/f/d)

  • who have completed studies with a focus on economics, natural sciences, or technology
  • with experience in leading
