We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team.

The Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills needed to excel in sales.

This role involves prospecting, engaging with potential customers, and assisting with the sales process under the guidance of experienced sales professionals.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and requirements of prospective customers to determine their suitability for our products/services.
  • Customer Engagement: Initiate conversations with prospects to introduce our company, products/services, and value proposition.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Building: Develop rapport and trust with customers through effective communication and attentive listening.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn about our products/services and stay updated on features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM software.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, sales managers, and other departments to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:


  • Experience: We are looking for someone with business to consumer sales ( Example working at a gym or phone company where you are informing people about your services)
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Personable and friendly demeanor with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
  • Drive and Motivation: Selfmotivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales career. Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to take on new challenges.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and support colleagues.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections with a positive attitude and persistence.
  • Ethics: Commitment to integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
