- Perform repairs and maintenance of HVAC/Refrigeration systems to ensure they are in good operating condition and prolong their lifespan.
- Keep inventory status and provide weekly recommendations for necessary parts and supplies.
- Collaborate with supervisor to establish, encourage, and oversee energy conservation initiatives.
- Generate reports, when requested, to build a more informative database for enhanced management decision-making and critical assessment of work tasks.
- Develop a solid understanding of the lodge and its facilities to appropriately address guest inquiries, as needed.
- Promptly inform the immediate supervisor about any significant issues or unusual matters to ensure prompt action when needed.
- Perform any other necessary tasks as required.

Summary: To carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC/Refrigeration systems efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications: To excel in this role, one must satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The qualifications below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Reasonable accommodations can be provided for individuals with disabilities.
Education and/or Experience: A degree or certificate from a technical/trade school, along with at least two years of experience; or two to four years of relevant experience; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to comprehend safety regulations, operational and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence, and effectively communicating with groups of customers or organization employees.
Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in calculating figures such as discounts, commissions, percentages, and geometric measurements. Application of basic algebra and geometry concepts.
Reasoning Ability: Capability to apply logic to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. Handling problems involving multiple variables in standard situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Hold an EPA refrigerant License Class II or universal, a Missouri class E or Arkansas D P endorsement driver's license, and maintain a safe driving record.
Other Skills and Abilities: Strong teamwork, prioritization skills, a sense of urgency, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction are essential.
Physical Demands: The physical requirements include standing, walking, using hands for tasks, reaching, speaking, and hearing. The role may involve stooping, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and lifting/moving objects of varying weights. Visual skills like close vision, color vision, and depth perception are necessary.
