Our "Facility Management" division covers the entire range of services of a sustainable integrated building management nationwide and ensures the holistic care of administrative, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure properties.


We are looking to expand our team at the Potsdamer Platz location with part-time Technical Facility Management Object Managers (m/f/d).

We offer a permanent employment contract with attractive conditions and good development opportunities.


What to expect:

  • Onsite deployment at the property
  • Accompaniment of renovation measures and tenant changes
  • You are the contact person for the tenant for all questions regarding building operations
  • Support in planning and execution monitoring
  • Control of subcontractors to maintain our quality standards at the property

What sets you apart:

  • Completed training as a master/technician/engineer (m/f/d) in supply engineering/electrical engineering/HVAC
  • Professional experience in the real estate or building management sector
  • Good IT skills (MS Office) and customeroriented thinking
  • Flexibility, organizational talent, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Confident and professional appearance and a class B driver's license (company vehicle provided)
