Description

As a Human Resources Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibility is to serve as the initial point of contact for employees seeking HR assistance and support.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, daily data entry of employee information including new hires and terminations, ordering background checks, processing verifications of employment, and providing support to both internal and external customers.

This position is in-office (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm) and pays up to $16/hour.


General Responsibilities:


Provides overall Human Resources administrative support including:

  • Information Management: Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation. Ensures confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations in handling sensitive information.
  • Employee Onboarding: Assists with the onboarding process for new hires, including I9 completion, assembling new hire gifts, explaining training assignments, and answering basic questions about policies and procedures.
  • Verification of Employment: Completes various VOE (Verification of Employment) documents in a timely manner.
  • Other administrative duties Creates and mails store name badges, assembles new store binders, updates, and maintains emergency contact sheets for store locations, running reports, and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:


Must have 1-2 years' general office experience, intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite and possess the ability to quickly learn new systems, possess strong customer service skills, have excellent time management, multi-tasking abilities and be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, must have the ability to quickly build rapport and effective working relationships in-person, virtually, and across all levels.
