Job Brief:

Analytical Mechanics Associates, Inc. (AMA) is seeking a full-time Systems Analyst to work onsite in Hampton, VA.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to tickets and incidents promptly, prioritizing critical issues and ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Provide end user troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and networkrelated issues, delivering solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Perform desktop and laptop support, including system configuration, installation, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with IT support roles, with expertise in ticket/incident response, end user troubleshooting, and desktop/laptop support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end users and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
