    Memory Design Engineer, Competitive Salary, California, United States
    My client is an exciting Stealth Start-Up looking for an experienced Memory Design Engineer to join the team. This is a great opportunity for you to join an up and coming leader in the future of computing. They are extremely well funded and have a generous compensation package.

    What you'll do

    • Responsible for designing and delivering custom circuits from scratch
    • Incorporate register file memories and compiled memories into circuits
    • Play an important role in implementing products successfully into the market
    • Work with SOC and CPU physical design teams

    Experience with the following is required:

    • Ideally 10 years of experience of circuit design experience for CPU and SOC applications
    • Designing high performance SRAM memories
    • FinFET technology
    • Post- Silicon testing and debugging
    • Low Power design techniques
    • PPA trade-off analysis
