Community Physician Network is currently seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Urgent Care/ Occupational Medicine physician to practice in Indianapolis, IN.
In partnership with the Employer Health team, this physician will deliver care to Hoosier School Benefit Trust employees and families in clinics throughout Indianapolis.
Ideal candidates should have a consistent and consecutive employment or training history and employ a positive, team-oriented approach.
