Your tasks and challenges

  • Technical main contact for customers
  • Liaison between customers, sales, and technical team
  • Commissioning, instruction, and training of hardware and software for customers
  • Development of application solutions and evaluation of optimization potential
  • Developing application solutions with the 3D measurement scanner and presenting and communicating them internally and to customers
  • Creating training materials for internal and external customer trainings

Your qualifications and profile

  • Completed degree, training, or further education as a state-certified technician (m/f/d)
  • Driver's license
  • You enjoy a mix of office work and travel (approximately 50 percent)
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • You are passionate about technical products and interested in economic contexts
