The vocational training area is a TÜV-certified and recognized educational institution.

In addition to getting to know different fields of work, the development of personality is a central part of the vocational training program.

On average, 90 people with disabilities are introduced to various fields of work at four locations. The position is initially limited to the duration of an employee's parental leave, but there is a long-term perspective.

Your profile

Completed 3year pedagogical vocational training (teacher, educator, special needs educator, or occupational pedagogue) or completed pedagogical studies or completed 3year vocational training in a trade (preferably with a trainer's license)
Additional training in SPZ/FAB desirable
Flexibility, conflict and teamwork skills, as well as independent and proactive work
Willingness to participate in further training and education
Good computer skills (Word and Excel) and experience with multimedia
Class B driver's license
