This Jobot Job is hosted by: We need a Controls Engineer at our manufacturing facility in Greensboro, NC.

The Controls Engineer will evaluate electrical controls process performance and design integrity as well as conduct improvement projects on multiple roofing manufacturing production lines within the manufacturing facility and to external customers.

This is an on-site position based in Greensboro, NC (not hybrid or work from home) that also requires 35% +/- travel.

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a challenging and rewarding work environment.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of our automated control systems, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Collaborating with the engineering team to design and implement new manufacturing processes.
Providing technical support and training to manufacturing staff to ensure optimal use of control systems.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in control engineering to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of control system theory and industrial automation.
