We are a 501 c (3) organization that is Christ-centered and offers practical and comprehensive employment services for anyone who has become discouraged in their job search.
Position Summary
This position reports directly to WorkFaith's Director of Program Services. We seek a competent Program Coordinator to undertake various administrative and program management tasks. You will help plan and organize programs and activities and perform essential operational and administrative duties.
This position serves as the event platform lead and will work closely with Instructional and Coaching leads and Operational Support staff to coordinate activities and ensure the completion of training.
Responsibilities
- Create instruction and coaching calendars and distribute them to all stakeholders upon confirmation.
- Ensure participant registration, data entry, and reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with Contract Instructors to identify and confirm availability for training.
- Verify training attendance and cross reference with internal related platforms.
- Attends weekly program meetings with the Director and Chief Program Officer.
- Oversee program administration duties, including but not limited to updating upcoming events via Notion, calendar coordination, stats reports, and survey reviews.
- Support storytelling and outreach efforts as needed by the Program Department.
- Create written and visual work instructions to provide training and support to event platform users.
- Provide platform demonstration and training to instruction, coaching, and contract staff members.
- Flexibility to travel and provide support when needed at a satellite office and offsite training events
- Responsible for weekly reporting of key metrics outlined by the CPO and the DPS.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Competencies
- Must be intermediate to advanced using the Microsoft TEAMS, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with an intermediate level of Information Systems experience preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Possess a warm, gracious, and encouraging disposition displayed through verbal and written communication.
- Substantial organizational, task, and time management skills.
- Commitment to excellence and efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively on a team both in person and virtually.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot fundamental to intermediate technical issues.
- Techsavvy with working knowledge of office automation databases or willingness to learn.
- Selfstarter who takes the initiative and possesses exceptional problemsolving skills.
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
- Experience working in a nonprofit job readiness training environment
- Or proven experience as a Program Coordinator or relevant position
Pay:
$40, $45,000.00 per year
