We are currently on behalf of a financial company in Aschaffenburg looking for a Customer Advisor Risk Management (m/f/d). This position offers you the opportunity to work at an exciting interface that includes both customer support and risk analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the integration of new factoring customers
  • Conduct credit checks, monitor customer transactions, and ensure delivery quality and deadlines
  • Determine and communicate credit limits based on risk analysis and coordinate with credit insurers in case of exceeding limits
  • Main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding risk management

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • 3 years of professional experience in risk control at a bank
  • Experience in customer support or risk management, ideally in the financial industry
  • Languages: German and English
