Come on board - these are your tasks: In your role, you will be responsible for financial planning, including cost centers and economic units.

We trust you to handle the coordination and consolidation of maintenance and investment planning in collaboration with the specialist departments.

You will also be responsible for commercial project controlling of construction projects in coordination with the technical department, conducting variance analyses, and managing budgets.

In reporting, you will create forecasts and variance analyses, and you will also be responsible for the annual financial statements.

You will conduct profitability calculations, both static and dynamic, and also process orders and invoices.

Lastly, you will contribute to process improvement in various areas, such as project and real estate management, SAP - primarily RE-FX - and key figures / benchmarking.
