- Hold yourself and team members accountable to policies and procedures and ensure they fulfill their duties
- Plan and organize regular department meetings to discuss production, battle plans, and goals
- Manage your department's annual budget
- Expand public relations efforts of Balance of Nature in the community, region, state, nation, and world
- Provide support and attendance to ensure the success of all departmental events
- Maintain and uphold Balance of Nature branding guidelines, image, and core values in all efforts
- Oversee the creation of agendas for department meetings
- Put in place strategic plans to increase the department's presence and impact
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the department
- Extensive experience and education in public relations/event management
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong writing skills for creating external communication materials
- Flexible schedule for event coordination
- Creative problem solving, strong adaptability, and follow-through skills
- Enthusiastic event manager with a proactive attitude
- Capable of overseeing annual plans and budgets for all events
- 1+ years of public relations experience

Job DescriptionBalance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that's changing the world one life at a time.Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Public Relations Director.
You will lead a team to manage events for both internal and external public relations, while also facilitating new PR opportunities.
