Business Development:
The idea is to find your own customers step by step, by conducting market analysis to identify prospects, contacting them through cold calling, organizing meetings to identify projects on which we could accompany them thanks to our expertise.
As a manager, you will recruit your own team (find and attract the best talents with the right expertise and skillset), then be there to help them evolve and develop their skills.
Management of your BU:
You are basically responsible for the well-being of your business unit, and as in any company, your objective is to handle this responsibly and pilot the activity safely.
You will analyze your Profit & Loss to detect potential business issues and build an adequate action plan to optimize Turnover & Contributive Margin.
Your goal is to lead the daily life of your structure and provide the best working conditions for your team.

Graduated with a master's degree in Business or Engineering
