Job Title: Information Technology Manager Status: Full Time
Exemption Status: Exempt Salary Grade: 22
Department/Location: SS Peter & Paul Parish / School - Tucson, AZ
Primary Function: Under the direction of the Principal, responsible for ensuring smooth computer system operations within specified requirements and timelines. Supervise parish and school computing needs. Employee must exhibit Catholic values both at work and personally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support and uphold Catholic Mission of the Diocese in actions and speech.
  • Live Gospel values and be actively involved in a faith community.
  • Manage information technology and computer systems.
  • Plan, organize, and evaluate IT operations.
  • Ensure data security and system functionality.
  • Identify and address problematic areas.
  • Collaborate with IT vendors and suppliers.
  • Work on IT budget and projects with leadership.
Additional Saints Peter and Paul Duties and Responsibilities
Computer Hardware Responsibilities:
  • Manage servers, desktops, laptops, and other devices.
Software Solutions Responsibilities:
  • Maintain FACTS School System, Active Directory, Google Apps, and Go Guardian.
Printer Responsibilities:
  • Ensure functionality of network and inkjet printers.
Internet/Network Responsibilities:
  • Maintain routers, switches, access points, and cabling.
Paid Online Resources Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts for educational resources.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Manage school webpages, online documents, and irrigation systems.
