Description
As a Charge Nurse at Vitality Living you will:- Administer or assist residents to self-administer medications and treatments.
- Measure vital signs and weight.
- Ensure physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data is scanned and filed in resident charts.
- Act as leader on duty for assigned shifts.
- Supervise Caregivers to ensure daily completion of their duties.
