Your area of responsibility:
- Examination and negotiation of project and framework contracts (service and work contracts)
- Contract management
- Adhoc support for project management on contractual issues
- Consulting and support for management decisions

Nice to have:
- Experience in the onshore or offshore wind or energy sector
- Understanding of other legal systems is an advantage
Must-haves:
- Fully qualified lawyer (all genders) or equivalent for German law
- Parttime availability of 2030 hours
- Minimum of 3 years experience with project contracts, service and work contracts (preferably in the onshore or offshore wind or energy sector)
- Sense of responsibility and ability to find compromises
- Fluent in English for negotiations
- Confident in negotiations
