As a Recruiting Manager at Oxford Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy and building an outstanding team of recruiters.
You will be responsible for identifying, hiring, and developing top talent, as well as enhancing our internal recruiting processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of inside sales, including lead generation, referrals, and managing the recruiting administration.Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in recruiting software and tools.
