    As we continue to grow we are seeking a full-time experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

    Qualifications:
    Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Technician.

    Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems.

    Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
    Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    Valid drivers' license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.


    Responsibilities:
    Perform repairs, and maintenance of residential HVAC systems.
    Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling equipment.
    Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal system efficiency.

    Provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.


    Compensation:
    Performance pay after successful completion of training
    Competitive industry pay
    No capped income
    Income can exceed compensation range based on performance ($50K-$80K+)
