"Why not give us a try?" as a Care Assistant (m/f/d) in our day care center

We are a care company with two nursing homes, a home care service and a disabled and medical transport service.

Your tasks:

  • Planning, documenting and carrying out all nursing measures
  • Basic and special treatment care
  • Preparation and accompaniment of clients during diagnostic and therapeutic measures
  • Professional and situation-appropriate, individual care for clients and their relatives
  • Support and motivation of our day care guests in matters of daily life
  • Courteous and friendly interaction
  • Implementation of the care concept
  • Communication with day care guests
  • Implementation of joint leisure activities

Requirements:

  • Completed care assistant training or
  • Further training as a care assistant or
  • Career changer
  • Ideally some professional experience, but we also support career starters and returners
  • Teamwork, empathy and a positive attitude towards life
  • Working hours between 7:30 am and 4 pm
