Database Warehouse Analyst - Berrien Springs (Full-Time)

This is a Hybrid Work Eligible position. You will be required to come into the Operations Center in Berrien Springs, MI as needed to ensure business needs are met.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Works with the Data Infrastructure Team to support efforts in design, implementation, and maintenance.
Assists in all aspects of work within the Data Infrastructure Team to include testing, validation, documentation, ETL, and other duties.
Works with the Business Intelligence Department to help maintain a solid data foundation for effective analytics and other businessrelated activities.
Supports ETL/ELT and integration activities, maintaining detailed documentation, and proactively seeking efficiency enhancements.
Integrates automation processes into all relevant aspects of the database, ensuring, monitoring, and enhancing security controls.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

A College Degree is required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

One to three years of similar or related experience.
Strong experience in SQL and database programming (preferably MS SQL Server).
Good understanding of ETL/ELT and Data warehouse concepts with hands on experience using ETL/ELT tool.
Experience with the Kimball Methodology. Proficiency with Azure Data Products

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Be selfdirected and able to work with mínimal supervision.
Strong understanding of Kimball Methodology.
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and SQL.
Exceptional problemsolving skills.
