We are looking for a numbers, systems, and IT-savvy individual who enjoys quantitative and analytical tasks and is passionate about human resources.

In addition, a healthy mix of presentation skills and analytical strength is important – and of course, you don't lose sight of any details when managing projects.

Here's what you can look forward to:

In your role, you will coordinate and implement annual salary and bonus rounds – this includes determining the bonus pool while considering regulatory requirements.

You will also bring your expertise to the conceptual development of our compensation systems and structures, including the administration of stock-based compensation plans, while taking into account regulatory and legal requirements.

In addition, you will create and optimize standard reports and ad-hoc analyses and derive tailored recommendations for action. We also trust you with the annual disclosure reports on our compensation systems.


Also on your agenda:
Creating professional compensation benchmarks. Last but not least, you will contribute to ESG reporting.

Here's what we can look forward to:
Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable field (e.g. business informatics) – alternatively, an equivalent combination of completed training and professional experience. Relevant work experience in the areas of HR compensation and personnel controlling. Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experienced in SAP modules OM, PA, and PCP.
