The shared living communities at AWO House Spielberg are a special form of integration assistance, where people with complex disabilities find a home. Our goal is to provide these individuals with a permanent living and employment opportunity, as they are unable to live alone due to their handicap and require comprehensive support. Currently, 24 people live in our shared living communities. In addition, there are external day guests who participate in our daily structured activities, as well as individuals who use our ambulatory assistance service "Living Independently".

Your responsibilities

Providing educational support and care for adults with disabilities
Basic nursing tasks
Implementing the highest possible level of participation and self-determination for the individuals entrusted to us
Active participation and shaping of daily life (e.g. excursions and walks) for our residents
Documentation of nursing processes and quality assurance
