For the Helios Region South, we are looking for a Starter Controlling (m/f/d) starting on March 1st, 2023 or April 1st, 2023, for a limited period of 1-2 years, full-time.

What to expect:
Get to know the clinics of the South region from basic and regular care to maximum care in 2- to 6-month assignments
Go through designated locations with the goal of individual development and best possible training
Observation phase followed by practical work in commercial controlling and interface areas of clinic management
Get to know relevant areas and interfaces of controlling, insights into key figures essential for corporate management, support in operational tasks and reports
Take on responsibility (e.g. within your own projects) and independently work on projects with the regional controlling management
Jointly define learning goals and shape assignments with the aim of taking on an assistant position in controlling

What you bring:
An above-average university or technical college degree with a commercial focus or a comparable field of study
Ideally, a focus on accounting or controlling in your studies
First insights into the controlling department of a clinic through accompanying internships are desirable
Analytical thinking, organizational skills, high commitment, as well as initiative and assertiveness
Confident appearance and spatial flexibility
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
