To further drive the digital transformation in municipal administration, we are looking for you as a Technical Support / Application Support Employee (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in the Social Security business unit in full-time at our location in Herten, in the heart of the Ruhr area - and advance with the market leader for municipal IT solutions.

This will be your job... You support our DevOps engineers in our operations team with problems in using our latest software at the interface to the technical support You process tickets with the aim of identifying and eliminating operational hindering situations at an early stage You are in close coordination with the technical 2nd level support and ensure smooth communication You classify incoming customer issues and, where possible, provide immediate independent solutions and/or create meaningful documentation You prepare complex issues for independent analysis as well as in cooperation with the team You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes in terms of effectiveness and efficiency (e.g.

by maintaining and expanding the internal knowledge database (Confluence)) You participate in tests and user documentation You support with regularly occurring well-documented tasks of the build and release process This is what we are looking for..
