At our Madisonville, KY location, we provide service and repair for Lynk & Co cars through our aftersales network. Our unique business model offers opportunities for new logic and models in the aftermarket.


To support our overall network performance in the German market, we are seeking a new team member for the role of
Aftersales Network Support.

In this position, you will maintain and support our aftersales partners, as well as drive our service business. You will also identify risks and opportunities within the network to ensure its success.


This role is crucial to the Lynk & Co aftersales team and will preferably be based in Berlin for the German market, but can also be a hybrid/remote position.

You will report to the Head of Service Network Development in Gothenburg.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage booking and capacity planning in the preusage phase
  • Play a key role in our daily operations
  • Maintain and update master data for partners in your market
  • Support service partners with insurance and invoices, working closely with our finance team
  • Assist partners with daily operations related to processes, parts, and prices
  • Coordinate winter wheel bookings and capacity when necessary
  • Participate in activities and programs to improve performance and profitability
  • Collaborate with other departments at Lynk & Co to ensure an optimized network

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a coordination/support role, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar field
  • Knowledge of aft
