Cash App is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Executive Operations Team, providing support to up to five executives.

The role involves excellence in tasks such as calendaring, travel booking, expense management, and multi-tasking across multiple leaders.


You will:


  • Provide administrative support for 5+ executives located across Pacific and Eastern Time Zones.
  • Manage the executives' calendars, travel bookings, expenses, and other additional administrative tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to our Machine Learning & Data Science Team. Responsibilities include maintaining complex calendars, requiring coordination with executives, partners, and other members of the Executive Operations Team.
  • Maximize your executives' time by managing their calendars and providing quarterly analysis of how time was spent. Will work with the team's EA lead to make suggestions on how to optimize time.
  • Work within our centralized Executive Operations team to provide coverage for other execs as needed, take on teambased projects, and provide inputs and suggestions to enhance the team as a whole.
  • Available to travel up to once a quarter domestically

Qualifications:


You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role; preferably with both small and largescale technology companies Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing priorities and schedules Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Google Suite, including Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides

  • Experience working in a startup environment, tech or otherwise
  • Small to Largescale event planning e.g.
