    Job Opening: Deputy Program Manager



    Are you ready to take on a challenging role as a Deputy Program Manager at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in Alexandria, VA? Join ASRC Federal and be part of a dynamic team!


    Responsibilities:

    • Support Program Manager in overseeing a multi-functional service contract.
    • Provide guidance to supervisors, team leaders, and staff in various leadership roles.
    • Manage tasks, projects, and staff, ensuring maximum resource utilization.
    • Collaborate with clients to establish performance standards for activities such as library services, research, and instructional design.
    • Offer innovative management solutions and contribute to new initiatives.
    • Participate in meetings with Government and contract staff to ensure project alignment.
    • Communicate client expectations to contract staff.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Library Science.
    • Four or more years of experience in library management services.
    • Experience in managing service level agreements, quality policies, and procedures.
    • Knowledge of Federal Government contracting environment.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and work under pressure.
    • Strong analytical skills for metrics and process improvement.
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations to senior officers.
    • Skilled in motivating and leading diverse teams.
