Job Summary:

Duties:

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all required paperwork is completed
• Maintain employee records in HRIS system (UltiPro, ADP, SAP) and ensure data accuracy
• Process payroll changes and updates in collaboration with the payroll department
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
• Support employee relations efforts by addressing employee questions and concerns in a timely manner
• Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and succession planning
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Assist with affirmative action planning and reporting requirements
• Provide support in resolving employee conflicts or disputes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
• Proficient in HRIS systems (UltiPro, ADP, SAP) and MS Office Suite
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
