Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Modify organizational systems/practices to improve service efficiency
- Conduct research, mapping community assets, and review data to strengthen the ability to meet community needs
- Support implementation and provide technical support of the new Next Gen Portal and its users
- Coordinate amongst patient support services, and care teams
- Engage stakeholders
Knowledge Required for the Position
Knowledge of AmeriCorps/Health Corps member requirements.
Skill with Microsoft Office.
