    • Plan, evaluate, administer, and record the effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit, document all company notes, reports, and summaries
    • Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries
    • Ensure smooth and timely patient flow
    • Lead a team and oversee all Physical Therapy Assistant, Rehab Technician, and student job assignments/activities
    • Determine necessary PT based on prescriptions/referrals/patient condition/records
    • After reviewing patient records, strategize, create, and carry out treatment plans
    • Track and report treatment progress; adjust as necessary
    • Give lectures and provide assistance in marketing events; provide PT and related training for in-house staff, medical staff, students, and community groups
    • Assure patients are treated promptly in accordance with their scheduled appointments
    • Review physician's referral (prescription), and patient's condition/medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
    • Analyze and organize the clinic's operations/procedures including payroll prep, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies
    • Understands business implications of decisions; Displays orientation to profitability. Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; Aligns work with strategic goals.
    • Displays passion and optimism; Inspires respect and trust; Mobilizes others to fulfill the vision; Provides vision and inspiration to peers and subordinates.
    • Accesses own strengths and weaknesses; Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to build knowledge and skills continuously; Shares expertise with others.
    Required Skills
    • Current Indiana state licensing and all other state-required documentation
    • Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT)
    • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
    • Experience in outpatient clinics, special certifications (OCS, CSCS, etc.) are welcome, and familiar with electronic medical record (EMR) system
    • Computer proficiency, including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite
