JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to the Property Manager;
• Lead the maintenance department in operations, vendors and supply needs
• Train as needed and working along side others
• Take after hour calls as needed
• Keep the property attractive, safe and in quality condition
• Ensure all necessary tasks and work orders are completed in a timely and professional manner;
• Help maintain a makeready board, scheduling vendors
• Keep supplies, parts, and tools inventoried and organized

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have HVAC experience and EPA UNIVERSAL license
• Must have a positive can do attitude
• Have the ability and skills to perform required job functions
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check;
• Possess working knowledge of multifamily property maintenance procedures;
• Have skills in: Light carpentry;
• Appliance repair and installation
• General plumbing
• Electrical
• Possess a Strong work ethic
• Have a Customerfocused attitude
• Interpersonal skills
• Excellent communications
• Ability to read and write English fluently
• Good organizational ability
• Willing to work in a fastpaced environment
• Be Teamplayer

Pay:
From $27.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
