Your mission

Responsible for achieving sales targets in the product areas of Personal Care and Home Care I&I in the Life Science business unit

Customer support in the field, from proactive sales of raw materials and services to acquiring new customers and expanding into new markets and products, as well as close cooperation with existing and new suppliers

Offering services such as consulting, customer care, and support in product and application questions, handling customer complaints and responsible for finding solutions

Monitoring sales targets and profits

Regional planning in the responsible sales area, as well as independently determining contact intervals with customers

Market and competition monitoring, potential analysis, creating and actively working on trend analyses, reporting in relevant systems (e.g. Salesforce, Gedys, SAP), as well as implementing data maintenance and proactive use of Salesforce in all
