At our company, customers can find servers, workstations, and network products. We are currently seeking a full-time:

IT Sales Representative (m/f/d) with a background in IT system management or electronics to work as a customer advisor in our sales department for IT hardware

Your responsibilities

  • Providing customer support and product advice through written communication, phone calls, and in-person interactions at our location
  • Managing our customers from quote to sale
  • Maintaining product data for our inventory management system and online sales channels
  • Actively participating in the improvement and development of our sales processes

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the IT field, such as IT system management or electronics, or a similar qualification
  • Strong IT knowledge, particularly in the areas of servers, networks, and storage
  • Sales experience in a similar position
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented personality, and organizational talent
  • Good written and spoken German
